Tex-Texturising system is stock management system for a texturising unit. The system automates the entire workflow of a texturing unit starting from POY purchase, issue of POY to machine, yarn production, delivery of yarn to customer, billing, issue of yarn to dyeing department, dyeing production and dispatch of goods to customer. The system maintains stock of POY at godown, on machine (WIP) and stock of finished goods at BSR, job work stock, stock in dyeing dept, etc. Besides this the system manages other material stock.
